SBI CBO Syllabus is of Three Phases
1. Online Test
2. Screening
3. Interview.
I. Online Test:A 120-mark objective examination and a 50-mark descriptive test will make up the online exam. These are comprised of the following two papers:..
a. Objective paper:
1. English Language
2. Banking Knowledge
3. General Awareness/ Economy
4. Computer Aptitude
b. Descriptive Paper:The Descriptive Test lasts for thirty minutes. There will be two questions totaling 50 marks in the English Language Test (Letter Writing & Essay).
II. Screening: Candidates who pass the online exam will present their online applications and supporting documentation to the screening committee.
III. Interview:There will be 50 marks for the interview. In order to be selected in the end, candidates must receive the required minimum qualifying marks throughout the interview process. The Bank will determine the minimum required scores.

State Bank of India CBO Eligibility:Indian citizens are employed by State Bank of India as Circle Based Officers. Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements listed below in order to be eligible to apply for a clerical position.
1. Age Limit:Candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 30 as of October 31, 2023; that is, they must have been born between October 31, 2002, and November 1, 1993, inclusive. Per government regulations, age relaxations will be prolonged.

3. Educational Qualification:graduation from any university accredited program or any comparable degree accepted as such by the Central Government, such as an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD). Candidates with degrees in engineering, medicine, cost accounting, or chartered accounting would also be qualified.
Note:
(a)The date that appears on the mark sheet or provisional certificate that the university or institute issues will represent the date that the eligibility examination was passed. If the results of a specific exam are published on the University’s or Institute’s website, the date the result was posted on the website will be considered the passing date, and a certificate issued by the relevant University or Institute authorities will attest to this.

SBI CBO Exam Pattern is of Three Phases –

The selection process consists of Online Test, Screening and Interview.
A) Online Test:A 120-mark objective examination and a 50-mark descriptive test will make up the online exam. Immediately following the completion of the Objective Test, applicants will take the Descriptive Test, for which they must type their answers on a computer.
(i) Objective Test:The objective test has four sections with a total of 120 marks, lasting two hours. Every part will have a different time.

(ii) Descriptive Test:
The Descriptive Test lasts for thirty minutes. There will be two questions totaling 50 marks in the English Language Test (Letter Writing & Essay).Sectional qualifying marks won’t exist. Minimum qualifying scores are required overall.and the Bank will determine the minimum qualifying marks.
Penalty for Wrong Answers:
For incorrect responses recorded in Objective Tests, there won’t be any penalties.Sectional marks won’t be kept for the online test.
(b). Screening:
Candidates who pass the online exam will present their online applications and supporting documentation to the screening committee.
The Bank-appointed Screening Committee will determine whether the applicants meet
the necessary experience requirements for qualifying. The Committee will compare the candidates’ supplied employment profiles (as attested by their current or former employer(s))
are/were employed) by the State Bank of India with the position of Scale-I Generalist Officer. If a candidate’s job profile significantly differs from that of a Scale-I Generalist Officer at State Bank of India, or if it does not match at all, their application will be
dismissed without comment. The Bank may select the criteria to be used based on what it deems appropriate in order to meet the Job Profile.

certificate with the phrase “Non-Creamy layer” on it. The requests for interviews under the General category made by candidates who have registered as OBC but have not submitted their OBC “Non-Creamy layer” certificate will not be considered.
Final Selection:
Candidates must pass both the online exam and the interview individually. The final merit list will be prepared by adding the marks from the Objective and Descriptive tests taken online to the marks from the interview. The ultimate merit list would be
produced using a 75:25 normalization of the marks received in the online test and interview
weight in turn.
Out of 170 total marks, the applicants’ scores from the online test are converted to out
of 75 marks, and candidates’ interview scores (out of 50 points) are translated to out of 25
symbols. After aggregating (out) the results, the final merit list (circle- and category-wise) is determined.

Candidates’ marks from the online test (out of 170 total) are converted to 75 points, and their interview results (out of 50 total) are turned to 25 points. Once the converted marks from the online test and interview are totaled (out of 100), the final merit list (both circle- and category-wise) is determined. The best candidates will be chosen from a merit list that is prepared both circle- and category-wise.
