Candidates are shortlisted for the skill test at a ratio of at most 1:5 to the number of openings by category, with a minimum of 10 candidates, based on their performance in the written exam. Distinct/additional candidates are shortlisted in a maximum ratio of 1:5, for reserved positions; any reserved candidates who are shortlisted under the UR category are not taken into consideration.
