SBI Clerk Syllabus:The syllabus for SBI Clerk exam is as follows:

Preliminary Examination:

1. English Language

2. Numerical Ability

3. Reasoning Ability

Main Examination:

1. General/ Financial Awareness

2. General English

3. Quantitative Aptitude

State Bank of India Clerk Eligibility:Indian citizens are hired by State Bank of India to fill the position of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in the Clerical Cadre. Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements listed below in order to be eligible to apply for a clerical position.

1. Nationality: Candidates must be a Citizen of India.

2. Age Limit: As of August 1, 2022, candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 28. Only those who were born on or before August 02, 1994, and August 01, 2002, inclusive, are eligible to apply. Per government regulations, age relaxations will be prolonged.

3. Age Relaxation:

1) The date that the result was posted on the university’s or institution’s website, or the date that appears on the mark sheet or provisional certificate, will be the date that the eligibility examination was passed. Applicants who possess an integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate ought to confirm that their IDD passing date falls on or before August 16, 2021.

2) Matriculate ex-servicemen who served in the Union’s armed forces for at least 15 years and who have earned the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education or a comparable certificate in the Navy or Air Force are also qualified for the position.
3) Possessing written and spoken English proficiency.
4) Fluency in the native tongue shall be considered an additional requirement.

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern:Below is a full description of the exam pattern that State Bank of India uses for the Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) position in the Clerical Cadre.

Exam Pattern Details: For the position of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in the Clerical Cadre, State Bank of India administers online tests (preliminary & main examinations), tests in official and/or specifically chosen local language, and tests subject to Government of India permission.

Exam Pattern:- Examination will consists of two Phases, Viz.
Phase-I :
Preliminary Examination:Online Objective Tests of 100 points will make up the preliminary examination. This test would last an hour and consist of the following three sections:

If someone else is qualified for selection, they will take the chosen local language exam following provisional selection but prior to joining.

Phase-III: Test of specified opted local language:There won’t be a language test for those who are selected and can provide proof of having studied the designated local language on their 10th or 12th grade standard mark sheet. If someone else is qualified for selection, they will take the chosen local language exam following provisional selection but prior to joining. Candidates will not be considered if they cannot demonstrate proficiency in the chosen local language.

Provisional Selection (Subject to qualifying specified opted local language):Only the aggregate marks from the Main Examination (Phase-II) will be taken into consideration for creating the final merit list; the scores from the Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) will not be included to the selection process. The results of the test (main examination) will be used to make a provisional selection.

Final Selection:

I. Confirming the information provided in the online application and the candidate’s eligibility for the position.
II. Passing the previously described test in the chosen local language, if applicable.
